Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Be up to date about current trends and the best practices of our competitors’ social media activities and making effective content plans
Develop and implement community and social media strategies across various channels like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc
Oversee all social media design requirements
Manage social media campaign execution and content publishing
Preparing & presenting weekly/monthly reports and decks
Organizing brainstorm sessions
Evaluating inbound social media proposals
Handling moderation on the company blog and across social media channels
Online Reputation Management:
- Manage all ORM operations, escalate relevant comments/ mentions to relevant stakeholders, manage trackers.
- Prepare and analyze ORM reports, share relevant insights
- Conduct competitive scans.
- Provide strategic directions and crisis management.
- Coordinating with Internal Teams to ensure all SLAs are adhered to.
Education
UG: Any Graduate
PG: Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required, Any Doctorate in Any Specialization
